• Kylie Cobb is a Medical Medium and certified Reiki and Subtle Energy Healing Practitioner. While she has experience in these alternative, complementary modalities, she is not a physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other licensed healthcare provider nor are her services licensed by any regulatory body;

• As an energy healing practitioner, Kylie Cobb specialises in using innovative energy-based techniques that have been shown to help release the energetic impact of stressful life events and to help clients experience a sense of well-being, and feel more positive, balanced, and peaceful;

• Kylie Cobb does not diagnose or treat health and medical conditions, nor provides medical advice. Any health or medical insights are for general guidance purposes only and it is recommended that all health related concerns are discussed with certified medical professionals at all times;

• Although energy healing methods are intended for “healing”, it is not to be construed that the use of energy healing methods is the practice of medicine, psychology, psychotherapy or other licensed health care practice. Instead, Kylie Cobb offers her services with the intention to assist her clients in restoring balance and energetic flow in the body; thereby, creating the opportunity for the mind/body to heal naturally;

• While most people describe experiences of deep relaxation and noticeable energy uplifts, some individuals may experience some mild, transient side effects indicating the body's natural healing process such as emotional release, tiredness and mild flu-like symptoms as the body processes the energetic shifts.

• Reading services are not fortune-telling. A client is responsible for the future they co-create with Spirit.

• Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice before undertaking Anahata Energy Healing services. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by us.

• By engaging in Anahata Energy Healing services you acknowledge your responsibility and liability for any choices you make as a result of these services. Anahata Energy Healing does not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices either directly or indirectly, you make as a consequence of Anahata Energy Healing services.

• For legal reasons, you are advised that readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Information

• All clients are requested to provide contact details, including address, telephone number, email address and date of birth in order to secure a session;

• All clients must complete a ‘Client Agreement & Disclosure Statement’ before their first appointment;

• Any client under 18 years is to be accompanied by a parent or guardian;

• Clients can not be from a country, state, or province, which may prohibit esoteric content, reports, information, and access to online consultations.

• Client information will be kept confidential and will not be revealed to another person or agency, except in the case of:

  • Kylie Cobb believes you may be at risk of harming yourself or another person;

  • Kylie Cobb is subpoenaed by a Court of Law;

  • Kylie Cobb obtains written permission from you to release information.

• Any notes or information relating to your session will be stored and maintained in a secure location. Kylie Cobb may keep brief records about each session and keep any relevant documentation in your file;

• Kylie Cobb conducts all sessions from a private setting to ensure confidentiality and privacy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their privacy is protected on their end via phone, video conference and email.

Sessions

• Face-to-face sessions are held in Chapel Hill, Brisbane; the address for which will be communicated once full payment is received.

• Online sessions are available worldwide via What’s App, Messenger or FaceTime audio/video.

• Client’s have the right to terminate a session at any time.

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

• All sessions require pre-payment of the full fee via bank transfer 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to secure a session with Kylie Cobb.

• The first session will be 60-90 minutes; consecutive sessions are charged for the first 60 minutes and then in half hour increments thereafter.

• Fees are in Australian Dollars. International clients are required to pay via PayPal.

• Should you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice for a reschedule or cancellation, or not showing up to a session will result in a cancellation fee of the full session fee.

• Late arrivals will not be entitled to additional time out of respect to other clients.

• All session fees are non-refundable. In the rare event that a refund is agreed to, a 20% administration and transaction fee will apply.

• Fees are charged for the delivery of a session and the accompanying service. Whilst Kylie Cobb undertakes to provide excellent service, she cannot guarantee results and cannot offer refunds if the outcome fails to meet a client’s expectations. The benefits of psychic and energy healing modalities may be experienced in different ways. There are many factors that influence an individual’s experience, including personal beliefs, sensitivity to energy, openness to new concepts and the ability and willingness to practice relaxation and stress-reducing strategies.

Limitation of Liability

• Each individual (or their parent or guardian) is responsible for making decisions about their own health and wellbeing and is solely responsible for how any insights, information and/or guidance provided by Kylie Cobb is interpreted, as well as any action or inaction taken after a session with her. You have free will to act in anyway you choose at all times.

• You understand that energy healing methods are considered experimental and alternative to the healing arts that are licensed in your state.

• You understand there is a distinction between “healing” used in energy healing methods and the practice of any licensed health care practice.

• Kylie Cobb will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, cost, expense (including reasonable legal fees) or liability of any kind (whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), arising out of or in any way connected with your registration for, receiving of, and/or inability to receive psychic information and energy healing. This includes, without limitation, any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss or denial of service, business interruption, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

• Kylie Cobb will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the extent arising from your negligent acts or omissions, any pre-existing medical condition, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your reliance on reviews and opinions about psychic mediumship and energy healing. You should make your own inquiries before deciding whether a medical medium and energy healing practitioner is suitable for you.

• By agreeing to these terms and conditions you indemnify, defend and hold Kylie Cobb harmless from any liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in any way related to your registration for, receiving of, or inability to receive her Services.
